Cindy worked at OM5 a division of Management Recruiters in Atlanta, Ga. Management Recruiters (MRI )is an organization with nearly 800 worldwide offices and a network of over 4,000 account executives, Cindy continually blazed new paths in record breaking achievement. In her division, Cindy received national recognition of "Top Ten" status 13 times and earned the coveted award of the number three recruiter for the entire decade.
These achievements reflect her integrity, solid work ethic and a true passion for the search industry. For every candidate and each client assignment, Cindy insists your total involvement with any of Growth Management Group's (GMG) services reflects such full and dedicated commitment.
Insisting on remaining current with the pulse of peoples personal and professional lives, Cindy believes Growth Management Group(GMG) associates should be active in their communities. For example, they have participated in membership with SHRM (Society of Human Resource Managers), Gwinnett, Atlanta and Atlanta Airport Chambers of Commerce, Atlanta Women in Business and Ali Lassen's Lead Club. Cindy and her Partner Roy Cannon created a special program for Trinity House( the Soup Kitchen) called "Interviewing for Life."
Cindy is a member of an advance Toastmasters Club and has earned the highly regarded achievement of Distinguished Toastmaster, DTM. Cindy is a past club President, Area Governor in which she was awarded Area Governor of the Year for 2003-2004 and awarded Division Governor of the Year for 2004-2005. In 2005 Cindy was a Division Governor mentoring over 600+ Toastmasters.
In 2005-2006 Cindy was responsible for opening all the new corporate clubs in the local communities and in Corporations in the state of GA.
Companies that get involved in Toastmasters finds their employees become better leaders, better managers and better communicators. It improves employee morale in difficult times.
Today she is a Sr. Officer serving as Lt.Governor of Education and Training. Cindy's team is responsible for training communication and leadership to over 1400 officers in the state of GA. The rest of GMG's team also is involved with community service and many more organizations.
